Asian Cinema Fund’s Asian Network of Documentary (AND) Fund provides funding to Asian independent documentary filmmakers to complete their feature-length documentary film projects that are aimed for theatrical release. The Asian Network of Documentary (AND) Fund is a loose coalition of film festival organizers committed to supporting the production and distribution of Asian documentaries. Its members have collaborated to build and strengthen the network among Asian documentary filmmakers, while Busan International Film Festival has managed the administration and oversight of AND. The AND Fund operates within the Asian Cinema Fund ACF. The project may be in any stage of production (pre-production, production, and post-production).

As of 2022, ACF makes efforts, and expand opportunities for collaboration, and seeks new distribution networks for documentary films.

Asian Network of Documentary The AND fund is made possible by four universities in the Busan region: YoungSan University, DongSeo University, Dong-Eui University, and Pusan National University in partnership with Algorithm Media Lab, Dexeter Studios, Digital Factory, Wavelab STD, Plus Gain, KUMTLE, and the Busan Film Commission.
